Black Canary penetrates into the centre of General Robotics
to find out
what mysterious things are kept there. However, someone else comes to acquire
this mysterious thing.
He can precede Dinah and enters the room where they preserve a cauldron
of sand which immediately cover the intruder.
Namely, it is not sand but billions nanobots. Dinah tries to take care
of the intruder becoming sandman, but the canary cry does not affect, touching
him is not advised because then the nanobots would climb over.
Fortunately, Oracle knows the solution: switching off the light.
Namely, the nanobots work by solar power. However, without energy
source, the nanobots begin to gain energy (ie eat) from their host and create
the new super-evil, Entity.
Chuck Dixon takes seriously the story writing one degree more than the
last time, however, the story is very simple, it is a half-booklet preposition
with some joking (and suspense in principle but rather boredom), and it is
half-booklet action. The drawers is James Fry who was well-tried previously. In
addition to the sexist line (breasts, ass), he focuses faces too. Although,
sometimes, he uses too much shadow,
but in general, he is very good.
And it is some moderately clever panel editing also.
