Smoking Gun.
Our heroes (Nightwing, Robin, Batgirl, Azrael) start again the chase of
Catwoman on the basis of information which they received from Harley Quinn.
It
goes pretty hard through a couple of pages (well, in this book, it will not
happen much), but finally they succeed by Oracle's dispatching.
It begins the interrogation, Catwoman quickly tells the point:
She did not see perpetrator's face, but she sure of that he was a cop.
In addition, she also saw where he hid the gun (in a police car), she
stole and hid herself. Batgirl and Azrael go for it, and they can find it.
Batman and Alfred still kept bed of Commissioner Gordon who undergoes
another surgery, but his life is still in danger.
Well, it has not really much happened in the booklet, it seems a bit
much the seven part for the story. The author Bronwyn Carlton can’t fill the meagre
plot with thrill, drama, and tension. He has only a few weak jokes. MikeLilly's draws reminded me firstly hauntingly of A. Steven Harris' draws, it
became clear that he was not just after the really cool "it turns out that
the perpetrator is a cop" page. Unfortunately, on the other pages, he can’t
add much more to the week story except for the beautiful drawings and nice
panel editing.
