Where the Revenge Delight.
The adventures of the Birds
of Prey are continuing in four-part mini-series as the front
page also shows Catwoman and Huntress participation.
The story opens with
two parallel action scenes
(which is definitely good for them). Black
Canary and Huntress
are attacking the headquarters of the
villain, Archer Braun not knowing
each others. Braun, of course, cut
it from them (otherwise how would the girls hunt him over the four parts?). Black
Canary and Huntress
however run into each other, so they can
discuss to what brought them here. Huntress’
causes are pretty petty, Braun
once seduced her,
then she waited in vain for one month for his phone (he no
later called Huntress,
just she didn’t expected
to them). Dinah had adventure with Braun
too, but she didn’t mean serious
just like Braun, so her motives
aren’t personal, all the more he has robbed a mint. And then!
Catwoman is appearing as a Cliffhanger.
Well, as you can see from the picture, Oracle mostly worries that who gang up on with Dinah (but at least the last frame is funny, because the "Cliffhanger" is pretty flat). The story (again from Chuck Dixon’s pen) energetically opens with the double attack, then to sit well in the half: women discuss why they hate a guy and does so in a man's pen. Well this is the curse of mini-series; you have to fill in something in the four-part. Again new painter, this time he is Matt Haley, I think he is the best so far (although sometimes he draws quite masculine face for Dinah).
The original (hungarian) post is here.
