Two Face to Face.
We are opening with an action: In a book depot,
Supergirl is fighting with her (jokerized?) evil clone, Bizarro Supergirl
who
has been created in the previous booklet by Doctor Max Tuefeld by order
Two-Face. Our heroine is losing, but it appears Batgirl and pushed her out of
the tight corner.
Meanwhile, the jokerized Two-Face with the also
jokerized Buzz (who usually is closely connected wit Supergirl when he is not
jokerized) is preparing to liquidate Doctoe Tuefeldet, but unfortunately
Two-Face always loses heads or tails. Meanwhile, Batgirl revives Supergirl, and
they decide to return into the book depot, because there can be Two-Face's
hideout. Batgirl takes care of Two-Face,
Supergirl has Bizarro Supergirl whom almost no
work to do, because she has done herself.
It comes the tearfully hugging with Buzz.
Peter David's plotless story is carried forward
by the flat actions, Supergirl's few but enjoyable jokes, and jokerized
people's also well done tomfooleries. Not much, but it's OK. Leonard Kirk's
pictures are sufficiently dynamic, and his anatomical knowledge is okay,
however he can painfully not draw faces.
