This story is an adventure of Sasha Bordeaux,
Bruce Wayne's bodyguard who operates as a super heroine at Batman's side.
The model prisoner of the SLAB, the sword fan
La Cucilla is Jokerized and escapes by effect of the Joker Venom.
She is looking for his father giggling
nervously and threatens everyone with a sword and a knife. Sasha and Huntress
take up the fight against her, which is proving to be not too simple. Huntress
wants to liquidate her, but Sasha wants to capture her alive, because she has
not killed anyone. So Huntress leaves Sasha, but at the right moment:
She returns and captures Cucilla.
After she has been captured, it turns out that
she was actually in the prison as an undercover FBI agent, and when she
received the news of his father's death, just then she was Jokerized. So Sasha
was right.
Greg Rucka's story is especially interesting,
Cucilla's character is very good, but unfortunately it is the Sasha Huntress
conflict in the focus, but it is still pretty good. Shawn Martinbrough's
amazingly minimalist draws are long enough at the pages of Detective Comics,
and firstly the draws had some artistic feeling, but after a while, the same
expressionless faces, the coarse moving, and the deadly "colors" are
not artistic but the signs of lack of talent.
On a pages, Batman appears too, I've labeled him.
